Otterbein Network Account 

Before you can utilize Otterbein's network (Otternet) services, you must first set up an a "account."  A personal account allows you to have a unique identity on the system and provides you services such as e-mail,World-Wide-Web access, file exchanging, and homepage publishing. A personal account also allows Otterbein's computer support staff to guard your account against inappropriate use.
